Returns & Warranty

WARRANTY:
Pan Am Brands merchandise is covered under a limited one (1) year warranty from original date of purchase.

Pan Am Brands warrants its products against manufacturer's defects, this does not include damages that have resulted from misuse of the product or normal wear and tear. Any merchandise replaced under the warranty will be covered for an additional six (6) months from date of replacement.

Pan Am Brands does not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased at department stores or specialty retail stores.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Please Note: All Sale Items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or credit on PanAmbrands.com.

Products can be returned or exchanged to Pan Am Brands within 30 days of receipt by the customer. Returned merchandise for credit or exchange must include a copy of the receipt and the Return Form. The customer is
responsible for cost of shipping to the Returns Department. After inspection of the bag, a credit will be made to the credit card for cost of the returned merchandise only; shipping is non-refundable. If Shipping was included in sale credit will be subtracted from total before final credit to customer. 

Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error. 

NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Shipment is at your expense. Also, we don’t refund original shipping and handling charges.

For exchanges, a new charge will be made to the credit card for the difference of the new merchandise only. Exchange items are shipped at no additional charge to the customer. Products will not be accepted for exchange or credit after 30 days from the original receipt. Store credit may be used to purchase merchandise at Panambrands.com by calling 1-800-359-7262.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
International Customers are responsible for Custom Taxes and Duties. Taxes and Duties are collected COD from UPS or USPS depending on choice of shipment. Customs differ per country, customers are responsible for contacting customs to find out what their duties and taxes are. If order is refused at Intl Customs refund will be issued after the difference of the shipping cost to get the items back are subtracted from the original order total. 

PROCESSING:
Allow 1-3 days for processing before purchased items are shipped.
